Jackie Fewings

Jackie has always loved the game of tennis. She grew up watching Wimbledon on television, (the era of Steffi Graff, Pete Sampras, and Andre Agassi) and quickly became obsessed. But she didn’t pick up a racket herself until much later on in life, joining Berkhamsted Tennis Club in her mid-thirties as an absolute beginner.

Over ten years later her passion and enthusiasm for the game has only grown and she is now dedicated to helping other adult players new to the game, find their feet, gain confidence, and get to grips with the basics. She knows what it is like to come to the sport as an adult, and the challenge that represents. How exhilarating and joyous it can be, but also understands the struggles and frustrations of trying to convince your feet and body to move in a entirely new way.

Jackie is also an illustrator, and a published author. And can often be found on court, still working hard to improve her own game.
