Lesson Cancellation Policy

Individual Lessons

  • All individual lessons scheduled which are cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged at the full hourly individual rate of the coach
  • Any individual lessons cancelled before the 48-hour deadline will not be charged
  • Lessons cancelled due to inclement weather will not be charged. In the case of inclement weather the individual coach and client will mutually agree whether to proceed with the lesson in cases when the weather is not conducive to play 
  • Berkhamsted Tennis & Fitness reserves the right to offer the client an alternative lesson time in that particular week if a convenient time can be found for both the coach and the client

Group Lessons

  • Block booked group lessons will not be refunded
  • Group lessons cannot be carried over to the following term
  • Any PAY AS YOU GO (PAYG) group places booked which are cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at the full group rate
  • Group lessons cancelled due to inclement weather will not be charged. Berkhamsted Tennis & Fitness and the clients will mutually agree whether to proceed with the lesson in cases when the weather is not conducive to play 
  • Berkhamsted Tennis & Fitness reserves the right to offer the client an alternative lesson time in another group in that particular week if places are available

Holidays Camps

  • Holiday camp weekly fees will not be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of the camp beginning
  • Any PAY AS YOU GO (PAYG) single day holiday camp fees booked which are cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at the full group rate
  • Holiday camp days cancelled due to inclement weather will not be charged. Berkhamsted Tennis & Fitness will offer the client an alternative camp in the same week or if the client has paid for the full week, a camp day in a subsequent holiday week where a place is available
  • For all cancellations made before the 48 hour deadline, the client can choose to credit the funds to subsequent tennis lessons or apply for a full refund
