Our Spanish Drill sessions aim to give a participants a good on court workout while also developing movement and footwork skills that can be incorporated into their competitive game. The sessions will consist of repetitions of all the ways players will move to a shot and move away from a shot as well as the footwork pattern they will use when hitting a shot. Examples of movement; sidesteps, running, back pedaling. Examples of footwork; open stance & closed stance. Participants will get to practice all of these aspects in every session while also getting a good cardio workout.
