Our Doubles Tactic sessions aim to give participants an understanding of the 2 main point starting strategies in doubles and the role of the player at the start and during a point.
One up one back
All sessions will have drills based on developing the skills necessary to execute the strategies with each of the 4 starting positions as well as the tactics and positioning that occur once the point has evolved after the serve and return has been made.
These sessions run twice per week and be split into intermediate and advanced levels.
